American Photonics Inc. ("American Photonics," "we," "us"), 6621 19th St E Suite #101, Sarasota, FL 34243, USA, manufactures precision infrared and laser optics. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number, application details, and any files you attach when you submit a Request for Quote (RFQ), and your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How We Use It

RFQ information is used to review your requirements, prepare quotations, and respond to you. Newsletter emails are used to send occasional company and product updates; every message includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Service Providers

This website is hosted and its forms are processed by Netlify, Inc. (USA); form submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure. Page typography is delivered by Google Fonts, which may log your IP address when fonts are loaded. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

Export-Controlled Programs

For defense-related inquiries, information you submit may be handled under U.S. export-control procedures (ITAR/EAR) and shared only with personnel authorized under those regulations.

Retention & Your Rights

We keep RFQ records for as long as needed for quoting, contract, and quality obligations. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention duties) by emailing sales@americanphotonics.com.
